Frequently Asked Questions

Q: How much does a tour cost?
A: Christmas light tours vary in cost, depending on the vehicle requested, the amount of guests, and the length of the tour. Tours start at $375.00 and increase based on vehicle size and/or guest count.
Q: How long is a Christmas Light Tour?
A: Christmas light tours generally last around 3 hours. You will be taken to a minimum of 3 destinations, with the option to stop and have appetizers or drinks during the tour.
Q: Can you accommodate large groups?
A: Large groups pose a challenge for tours, as most municipal streets are not equipped for large vehicles, and increased amounts of traffic makes navigating the roadways even more difficult. Due to these constraints, we will absolutely accommodate large groups, however, we can only seat a maximum of 12 per vehicle. If you have a group larger than 12, you will need to use multiple vehicles for your tour.
Q: Can I bring alcohol in the vehicle?
A: The short answer is yes. There are a few caveats however. All guests consuming alcohol in the vehicle must be over the age of 21 and have valid identification. If any minors are in the vehicle, they MUST be accompanied by a parent or legal guardian if alcohol is consumed by anyone. By law, we cannot provide alcohol in any of our vehicles, but guests are more than welcome to bring their own.
Q: Do you offer tours on Christmas Eve or Day?
A: We are not offering any tours on Christmas Eve or Christmas Day. As a Christian centered company, we believe in allowing all of our employees time off to spend with their families during the holidays. Our offices will be closed beginning 12:00 AM on December 24 and will reopen at 8:00 AM on December 26. During these times, we will not accept any reservations for services.
Q: What dates are you offering tours?
A: We offer tours beginning November 27, 2017 through December 30, 2017. We will not offer tours on December 24-25.
